All cases of discrimination, harassment, and violence should be reported to the Producers. Reports will be taken seriously and handled discreetly and promptly. Let it Rip Pictures prohibits retaliatory actions against individuals who, in good faith, report potential violations.Employees, collaborators, and subcontractors must adhere to the principles of tolerance and diversity and inclusion (D&I) during their involvement in a project.Deliberate or persistent failure to comply with the provisions of the code will be treated as a serious breach of the collaboration agreement and may result in its termination.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION

We create a business environment based on the highest ethical standards. We adhere to the principles of fair competition and expect our partners and subcontractors to do the same. We work to prevent anti-competitive agreements and avoid situations that lead to conflicts of interest.Employees must be aware of any actions that may conflict with their duties or the interests of Let it Rip Pictures and our clients. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the beginning of employment or as soon as they are identified.

FAST REACTION

If you suspect a breach of the Code of Ethics, report the matter to the Producer or submit a written report. All reports will be treated seriously, and individuals involved in the investigation must fully cooperate.
